FAIR SHARE FOR
RHODE ISLAND
We want a fairer tax system, guaranteeing that the richest 1% of Rhode Islanders pay their fair share to fund our schools, hospitals, roads and bridges.
Now it’s up to Governor Dan McKee and elected leaders to pass it.
For years, nurses, teachers and all working people have been paying more of their income in taxes than the richest Rhode Islanders. Now all of us are facing the effects of serious cuts and funding shortfalls to our schools, healthcare and public services we rely on. By taxing the richest Rhode Islanders in a way that genuinely reflects their ability to pay, we can help protect our state against Trump cuts while guaranteeing funding for the services we all rely on.
Because when the rich pay their fair share,
WE ALL WIN.
